spam address - complete removal

Hello,

I just set an email address on Blacklist, and chose Remove.

Yet, seconds after, I received a mail from the address that I included. Does it need some time…or is the server supposed to take the configuration staright away?

Or anything else I should know?

It would be best to submit a ticket, as it may not be getting filtered properly.
