also getting weird results on mail4 - some emails do not seem to be sent properly.

Yes, we corrected spamcop issue, but it took a while to take effect. There is a script to take care of spamcop issue by itself. but I just found a bug there that I’ll fix tomorrow.
Spamcop has just made public a new disclaimer, and it really speaks volumes of the inaccuracy they have had recently:
The SCBL is an aggressive spam-fighting tool. By using this list, you can block a lot of spam, but you also may block or filter wanted email. Because of this limitation, one should strongly consider using the SCBL as part of a scoring system and explicitly whitelist wanted email senders (e.g., mailing lists and other IPs from which you want to receive email).

So if your ISP insisting on actually using this as an RBL not part of a scoring system, I would be sure to point them here as spamcop themselves says they are “agressive” which 1. has very liekly false positives and 2. they block ANY aut responder even if it is legit.
