Hi there,

I have a client who is trying to send an email to me and they keep getting a spamhaus error.

I have checked spamhaus link http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=81.154.22.47 … is there anything that can be done?

This is an error created by the Jodo mailservers
Your privat IP number (your pc at home) is voluntary blacklisted by your ISP, wich is good
However, the Jodo mailservers deliver the mail in a way that the receiving mailserver thinks that the mail is sent by a mailserver at your private IP and not by a Jodo server.
Therefor your mail is blocked

For the same reason there are problems with hotmail because nobody put his private IP number in the SPF record, so this mail is blocked too.

For incoming mail there is a similar problem
A private IP is not listed in the SPF record, it never is

It realy is a problem at Jodo.
And I hope they will fix this soon
