spammed message within domain - and self-CCs!

when i send messages to people within my own domain
and (wait for this - )
when i copy myself on my own emails -

they all come thru as spam - and these are all regular business emails.

the latter, comes thru with the following -

pts rule name description

4.1 FH_HOST_ALMOST_IP The host almost looks like an IP addr.
2.7 MIME_BASE64_TEXT RAW: Message text disguised using base64 encoding

can we get this fixed please?

4.1 FH_HOST_ALMOST_IP The host almost looks like an IP addr.

We’ve also been experiencing this - normally when we (or our clients) send using our ISP SMTP server rather than the JohoHost one. I just haven’t had time yet to log a ticket.

i am using regular Jodo based incoming/outgoing servers

Do you really need to use base64 encoding?
If using any mail client here, which one is it?

nope - i am using Outlook 2003
and occasionally write hebrew emails (via the Word 2003 option)

That’s probably causing the bounce. By using correct MIME/charset, your mails should go fine irrespective of the language. Base-64 encoding increases resource requirements on anti-spam gateways and allows to send arbitrary data.
