SPF question

I am receiving emails that appear to have been sent from my very own domain. I?ve read some of the posts and docs on SPF but I?m unsure what to do. I use jodohost servers to send and receive email. Should I set my SPF to Pass, Fail, or something else? Thanks

Kindly follow this guide “http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation/user/spf.html” and enable SPF.

Thanks but I have read the doc and have activated SPF. I’m just not clear on what setting I need use: pass, fail, or something else.
