This is why alot of people including my clients are having internet issues, mostly the ones on DSL that have ATT&T.

yep just remember that is PR team for cogent…so it is a bit one sided on the story, however that is the cause of the net slowness and all.
im on comcast cable with no problems, they must not use the same route as At&T.
it can vary even by region with providers, one place may have more sprint or cogent, and another may have more time warner, level3, globalcrossing etc and not as impacted.
