My customers get the following message intermittently when trying to access their webmail via squirrelmail
ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
I just tell customers to use horde so I didn’t feel a ticket was neccessary
mailserver?
Last time the customer was trying to check their isp provided email address so it was a login failure which by the way gives the same error message.

I wonder if a failed login message would be more appropriate and save some customers from complaining that they can’t access webmail?
