SQL backup/restore

I am using SQL databases to host our web sites. Whilst I can backup from the H Sphere, I cannot restore databases and have to put a support ticket in for that.

I’ve noticed some people talking about enterprise manager to backup, restore and sync databases. Is this the MySQL management tool? Will this allow me to backup and restore a database from the jodohost servers? Could you tell me where to get the programme?

For MySQL backup use phpMyAdmin, which you can find in CP. Go to export and save to disk.

For restore do the same. just go to import and upoad your sql file.

I select phpMyBackupPro and AutoMySQLBackup (SF project),
