I have generated the CSR and purchased a certificate from RapidSSL. I am now to the point of installing the generated certificate on my client’s account, but when I click on the SSL icon in his control panel, it says “SSL support disabled” on the following page. How do I enable SSL support?

I converted to a static IP yesterday so everything is fine there.

On the plan do you have SSL set to be enabled?

I have the box checked to include it, but I do not see an option to enable it.
