Okay here’s the deal.

The Good News:
I’ve installed an SSL certificate on www.aztecchamber.com .

  1. When I go to https://aztecchamber.com I get a certificate error. All good.
  2. When I go to https://www.aztecchamber.com I don’t. All good.
  3. When I look at the SSL certificate editing screen in the control panel it states the site name is www.aztecchamber.com . That is working as expected!

The Bad News:
An SSL certificate was installed on www.countryneedle.net .

  1. When I go to https://countryneedle.net I get a certificate error. All good.
  2. When I go to https://www.countryneedle.net I don’t. All good.
  3. When I look at the SSL certificate editing screen in the control panel it states the site name is countryneedle.net (WITHOUT THE WWW) [COLOR=“Red”]That is not expected!
  4. Could number 3 above be messing with our zencart shopping cart system which stopped working after we installed the SSL certificate?
  5. Can we disable the SSL and be able to enable it with all the same information we used when we installed it?

If you have the CSR that was there orginally SAVE IT! We can do a force install with CSR/Private Key/Cert as a last restort.
