I’m registered for the Gold Windows plan. This is supposed to include 3 static IP addresses.

However, when I try to convert my second domain to a static IP, I am informed that I will be charged a monthly fee for this.

Does the Gold Windows plan only include 1 static IP address?

You will get resources according to what is stated on Plan page. If you see any such error in H-Sphere Billing please write to billing @ jodohost.com. It will be corrected.
