stats issues

hi there.

a recurring problem which was supposably fixed recently: webalizer is only giving a week’s worth of stats - the last 7 days.

also: awstats is giving me a massive text file instead of the regular interface.

tickets on both issues. anyone else with same problem?

What are the ticket IDs? I’ll check out the status. We are working on some stat issues on some servers after we downgraded Hsphere to 2.4.1 patch1

We are working on your ticket no 41483 and 41484.
Your ticket no 39960 was replied.

Please see that you make use of your reseller control panel to submit tickets related to your customers, instead of control panel of your shared account.Yogendra’s reply went in wrong direction because of the same reason.
