Step 1: Creating Service Account Plan

I am trying to setup my SAP with asp.net 2.0 but I dont see that option in the Windows Plan Creation Wizard. Step 1.

I also notice a little difference in the instruction link and what im looking at in real time.

example:
live = Host Existing Site
instructions = Domain

Is this the correct directions?
