Can I email you, got a order for VPS account, but I need to send you the Email he sent and see if we can do it, sounds like account maybe used as sending spam.
sure email me, and yes we get quite a few VPS users that just want to send spam, we have shut down at least 4 of them after less than 24 hours due to mass complaints in such short time, we really verify them out now.

I tihnk i know why he wants extra IPs however, and it is not for FTP
