I did this once before at my other (soon to be former) reseller host, but I can’t seem to figure it out now.
My service domain is going to be skypanther.info. That’s registered at GoDaddy and the DNS servers are set there. That’s what I signed up here with as my service domain.
Now, which control panel controls that web site? I don’t see it in my reseller panel or service domain panel. I know I’m just being blind here.

then within a control panel use the add domain feature to add a domain into the sysstem, then when propergated it will be ok.

Thanks, I just tried creating that domain in my service account panel and I get a message that the domain is already taken. But I don’t see an option for adding a domain to my reseller panel.
are you tring to add the dmain within a service account or other Control panel, you dont addd it in the reseller admin account. the only ones in that account are for dns server aliases etc
I finally broke down and submitted a ticket. I may not have completed things because they pointed me to the “create your corporate site” portion of the HSphere docs. I tried that but got an internal error…so I’m off to submit another TT.
Remember during registration, that for the Service Domain, there is one option that is different than the rest.
If can remember right…it’s when they ask you…do you want to:
Register a New Domain
Register an existing Domain
Register a stop-gap domain
Register a new SERVICE DOMAIN
And of course the last one is what you want.
Im not sure if I underestood you trouble correctly though…
Let me know if I can be of any help.
