Sub Domain Registration Error

Hi Guys,

Having problems registering subdomains. I get a message about an internal error. Anyone else have this problem.

I believe you submitted a ticket 5 or 6 hours ago about this and it was answered. Problem still exists?

The ticket was answered with a question, does the problem still exist, which the answer was yes it does 6 hours ago. PLEASE HELP!

We had to refer this issue to PSOFT because there appears to be some bug in the software. Please give it another 5 to 6 hours.
