Submit URL option - gone but yet.. not

Is there any way to get rid of the “Submit URL” menu item for good? When a customer clicks on it, it says, “not available use Kanoodle etc…”

So can we just get rid of this, as it’s confusing for clients, and they ask, “can I use Kanoodle” and I have to explain what it is and why I haven’t enabled it.

Is that possible?

I turned the submit URL option off on all my plans in the admin panel, and its not showing up in the nav in my control panels.
