submitting aliases.. why the manual process?

I’m sure this has been asked before, but why do resellers have to manually submit server aliases whenever a server is added?

Surely PSoft can put an option in for resellers to auto-accept a new server with the default prefix provided on the form?

Surely this is a post which should go in the PSoft forum..

It has been suggested a number of times. But basically it goes like this, if it was all automated we would have an 8 hour wait when making new servers in the backend of hsphere, it is already nearing an hour.
