The cerberus helpdesk licnese is saying it expired(we were supposed to have been given a NON EXIRING one after the last fiasco!)
It was obviously set for Dec 30/31 2006 to expire as it has done today. No warning, no notice, just up and expired.
Needless to say I am NOT happy. I had no plans to be here today, WinVPS4 made me be here, now this…we are working on a temp solution as WebGroup(cerberus makers) say it will be Jan 4th before a reply!!!
bummer - so no support by email till then ???

there seem to be some issues with the new forum version -
i cant edit my post in IE7/PC.
also - when trying to use the quick reponse window at the bottom of the topic - it gives a no permission error. the regular reply works though.
