Has anyone else noticed that the automatic e-mails coming from support are delayed.
I was waiting for a reply to a support question and never got the e-mail saying there was a response. I logged in to check and a response was there and it was a few hours old. I finally got the e-mail with the response at 9:31pm. Support had responded at 3:40pm.
I rely on that e-mail notification to know when support has responded.
