The other day I tried calling the phone numbers shown on the Help Desk page. None of them worked. Could you please update them, and also put them on this forum as a sticky thread. Also, the fax number for sending in the Mass Email form is wrong too.

I called the phone number on the site yesterday, and it worked.
When I called the fax number I got a recorded message saying that “The service is unavailable on this number” in English and Indian(?)
With the voice numbers I just couldn’t get through at all. I was calling from England by the way. Maybe one of those gremlims in the system.
Next time if I get no luck I’ll ask the chaps on the Live Chat system for alternatives.

Hmmmmm … I’m in the UK as well. I havn’t a clue what the dialing code is for India (or the cost

You can call our US or Indian #s.. We unfortunately don’t have a UK number but surely you dont expect us to put up phone lines in every country in the world?
We get alot of phone calls every day, so indeed they lines are working. But yes at times international customers may have problems reaching us. Therefore live chat is always available..

Code for India is 91 I think (they are 5 and a half hours ahead in Delhi). Not sure what it cost me, but I was desparate!
Yash - this is for you - what is the proportion of US to UK customers ? Bearing in mind the large Indian population here in England (my brother-in-law is from Delhi) might it in fact be a good idea to have a UK support number? (please don’t shout!)
