I opened 2 tickets earlier today one at 12:30pm according ticket. I’ve yet to hear a response on either ticket. This 9 hour response time is not normal for your support. Is there an issue with getting help?

Also, your ticketing site is running extremely slow. If you are hosting it on your servers, it may be the same issue that I’m seeing with a slow site in the first ticket listed. That ticket references another site that was running extremely slow that you had to move the database to your DC data center to resolve the issue.
