Support Ticket No Answer. What is Going on!
There was a situation this morning, and Parkash E-mailed me, about a clients forum thta I guess got hacked into and was building up E-mails on the server and almosted crashed it. The site got shut down. I contacted Parkash immediatly when I got the E-mail. He fixed the server and put the site back up.
I worked with him,Tanmaya,Parkash and my client in my Live Chat, all at the same time. This was this morning. Parkash gave me the page that was causing the issue, I immediatly tryed to find the error and could not find it in the page. Parkash said put in a ticket.
I have gotten no word from support on this issue from the ticket I sent, and my client as been contacted me all day about this. I even asked support in one of the tickets, that the client siad they had a hack upgrade for the SHout script they were using in there VBulleitn, should I have them install this or keep waiting till you contact me. Still no answer.
Can someone get back to me on this. SO i can comminicate with my client. Support needs to reliaze we have clients we are dealing with as well. I am here to work with you guys, and do what i Can, but no answer is unexecptable. We are now going on over 10 hours with this situation.
