Hi, I understand you are very busy but i am having some real problems setting up a litehost account and have been for over a week.
I cant get onto the ticketting system. Yesterday i tried live chat, which was unavailable so instead sent an email from which I have had no response.
I still cannot get onto the ticketting system.
I can now get on the ticket system and have submitted another ticket.

Live Chat is currently available and is available most of the time throughout the day. At times it may appear unavailable due to session issues with the software (a small lose of connectivity can cause PHPLive to think we are offline).
Why issue were you having logging into the ticket system previously? It seems pretty straight forward to me
Cant remember what the error was, I think it was cannot be displayed or unavailable.
