I opened a ticket at 8am PT this morning and I received a reply at 12:17pm PT. I waited over 4 hours for an answer that does not appear to apply to my issue. I replied to support’s answer at 1:16pm PT and it is now after 4pm PT and still no help. My ticket number is GSY-18254-928. Will someone please read my ticket and if it is not clear what my issue is, please do not reply with any answer. Please ask for more information that will help you in resolving my problem. And please reply in a timely manner.
