Thanks for your understanding and cooperation …

I can now focus on my job …

ok, I apologise for that.
Seems to have been an hsphere related issue that caused those domains to remain frozen.

also, i strongly recommend you do not put all of your customer websites in a single end-user account. If we get a phishing/fraud/spam complaint, we will suspend the end-user account and notify you, in the belief that the end-user is responsible for the website in question.

Thanks Yash.

I put them on single account because all the websites only need little space and bandwidth …
I’ll be more carefull with my customers next time …

Hsphere takes some time for any changes to reflect in Linux accounts. Rarely it may need an admin to fix.

Yash makes a good point I hadn’t thought of - An account is abused, either by the client or by a hacker - either way the account gets suspended and all users of that account get suspended.

There is another reason not to put multiple clients under the same account, as I discovered. Small customers do not always remain small. I recently had the need to move a client from a shared account to their own account and discovered that there is no way to do it without removing their domain from the shared account first. With DNS propagation delays it meant the client’s website and email was down for over 24 hours. Not the best outcome when they relied heavily on email communications with their customers. My recommendation is one client, one account.
