Well, for starters you need to shoot your graphics guy. When I clicked on the site the first thing I saw was the icon… looks like someone’s wanting me to play hangman rather than look for prospective employees. Then I saw the logo. Personally it looks like a drunk teletubby stick figure.
As for the functionality, why do you have the resume search and the job listing search on the same page? Personally I was confused when I got to that page and thought that I had come to the wrong page initially.
Additionally you don’t seem to be filtering your search forms. If you do a search for SQL Injection hacks you’ll understand better what I’m talking about. I searched for ’ and managed to get your page to blow up…

When you get some resume’s posted on there I’ll check again - my searches (even the wildcards) showed no results for either listing or candidate.
