The inability to get help on why every single server I use for customers are down in the middle of the week, if I need to do anything to help get those back up (DNS) is simply amazing to me. Neither a phone call or live support can seem to help.
I realize you have weather issues, but I got no emails telling me the time table was moved up, in the middle of the week, when emails and websites are used most. I understand that IP’s are being changed, but does DNS need changed or are they fine? How long can I expect to be down so I can tell my customers.
Right now, I am held hostage as I can not access anything nor can I get a simple response. I just wanted to say thanks.
We found you have corrected the name server IPs but one of them was not correct, so we have updated your support ticket with the correction detail that
you need to do and same was updated on Live Chat as well.
This thread was stuck in the suggestions forum that is spammed often and I found it while sorting things out, the other mods didn’t realize it was needing approval but did (as you can see) reply to it.
So that being said, we sent MANY notices regarding your DNS changes, more than 6 in total. We did not do this without sending notice in any way.
In addition we did send a mail about the time table moved up, I would recommend you check your contact address, we sent mails to all on the contact addresses on file, for all services. Most of the mails were not even on the forums as they contained information that was more private and we did not want google to pickup on.
