I guess I am having a problem getting Thawte certificate working. The site is https://order.jwoutfitters.com/ and it is not working. I don’t understand what is missing and what needs to get done.
Can anyone help?
I don’t understand why I can’t a certificate to work here. This is not the first time and I am even using Thawte which is recommended.

Additional certificates have to be installed on the servers.
many of the providers have also recently gone through their signing CA certificate refresh so when a new cert based on that comes up, we have to load the new and old.
In addition now there are many various kinds of SSL and each at some providers, have a different chain/CA that has to be loaded.
