If I signup as a reseller and wish to be able to offer
this 24/7 support, ( before I have any customers )
How much shall I pay?
I know it is $.50 per user CP, but to make a better
offer when advertising and offer support..
Or can’t I sign up for this until I already have
users?

This is an optional feature, you can signup anytime.

It takes us 24-48 hrs to setup your anonymous support. We charge only for active account you have and not the unused accounts.
