I can’t believe what just transpired. I had an account for just 1 month with this certain host which only accepts annual payments. Claims to be the host that will “treat you right”.
Upon signing up with Jodohost, i asked for cancellation and the guy took out my account straight away and send me a mail saying that they don’t do refunds.
If they fucking didn’t do refunds, at least keep my account alive till the end of the 12 month term! Can’t believe i fell this shit.

How did you pay through PayPal. Did you pay through credit card. Is your account verified?
Go ahead, charge back. The chances are you won’t lose your PayPal account. PayPal will launch an investigation to find out why and you could then explain them your reasons.
But first you should talk to that host. They can do it in mistake (we all do mistakes sometimes), thus can either give your money back or bring your site up again.
