I open a ticket early last night and its almost been 12 hours since anything has been fixed, Ranja said he was working on it 5 hours ago, and I am sure he has gone home by now.
For some odd reason one of my contact forms on a site has stopped working and sending the .pl to the server. This form as been working for over a year, and I have not changed any of the code. I also have the exact same form on another site and it is working fine. I compared the code just to make sure to the working form to the non-working form and they are the same.
This client brought it to my attention last night and now has called me 4 times since the first time.
I have had nothing but good experiances with Jodohost, but htis time this is pissing me off. Now i have been on hold with live chat for almost a hour and thye will not answer me.
Again can someone look into htis ticket and help me fix this beofre this clietn calls me again.
Is Tanmaya areound he seems to be able to get htings done for me. Yes I am upset and can’t type to well.
Actually I spoke with Yogesh, he said he was sorry he could not get to the chat, but there was a critical abuse matter that came up and required immediate attention, it is being looked at now.
I am requesting Tanmaya to contact me on this issue, since I can’t get it resolved. He and stephen gets stuff done for me. I can’t believe it is taking this long with the great expericance I have had with JOdoHost, what has happen..
James, it was incorrect sender being sent in your emails (not using domains that have been whitelisted for you), and thus got blacklisted. Please fix the script so that it sends our correct sender.
