I opened a ticket yesterday and in the reply was this:

[INDENT]Hi. This is the qmail-send program at srv.hspherehelp.info.
I’m afraid I wasn’t able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I’ve given up. Sorry it didn’t work out.

[email protected]:
216.200.145.235 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 Recipient Rejected: Access Denied: 64.187.106.71 blocked by spammer and exploits list Giving up on 216.200.145.235.[/INDENT]

When I contacted mho.com (my IP) they say srv.hspherehelp.info is on a list of known bad mail servers.

Is this being corrected?

Don’t see it blacklisting in any major list. Let me see what I can do about it.

I checked and see no issue either:
http://www.senderbase.org/senderbase_queries/detailip?search_string=64.187.106.71

in addition, I can’t find any listing of it, and it is simply a mail server dedicated to helpdesk, so it doesn’t do much and doesn’t have any allowed senders otherwise.

Look at ticket: JLV-18762-776

When I created the ticket there was a reply from:

Mon Nov 30 2009 02:18AM by [email protected]

That was a bounce back.

(the ticket seemed to go through ok)

yes we can see that, but saying no idea what they are basing their statement on, not facts

I’m asking my ISP what list they use.
