ticket problem - new ticket failed

I tried submitting a ticket about a problem with a client site. I got an undecipherable error message instead. The ticket wasn’t saved in Cerberus or at least I can’t see it.

Here’s the deal, I have an upset client and I need some help. Their problem is similar to that I described in ticket PRT-69763-744. (That’s not the ticket that failed, it’s an older, similar, still open ticket.)

Basically, I have two client sites running phpList. Both also have dynamic, PHP-based web sites. Their sites load reasonably quickly. For both, I can log onto phpList just fine. But once I click on “Process Queue” to actually send mail, phpList’s pages slow to a crawl. I mean, 10+ minutes to load a page! And it seems that once I’ve clicked that link once, all the phpList pages slow that way.

Sending the clients’ newsletters takes forever. In the above-referenced ticket I was told nothing was throttled or specifically slowed for that client. But apparently something is still wrong. My current issue is for a client who started sending a newsletter mailing last Thursday evening. It finally finished this morning sometime around 10:00 am eastern.

The current client is sewcreativefairport.com on web15. They’re using SMTP authentication and mail is going out. It’s just taking forever.

Tim

which means did you use to submit the ticket?

I went to http://resellerdesk.jodohost.com/support/index.php and filled in the form.

Tim

So is there some other way I should be submitting a ticket?

Tim

You can submit via email, check Help & Knowledge Base - OPSPI Quick Start Guides | JodoHost

I have not heard of ticket submission problems from anyone else, it is odd.

Simpler then that, use our contact us form Contact Us, Window Hosting, Reseller Hosting to open a quick ticket in sales / billing / technical / legal department
