I know you’re shorthanded because of the holiday. But I have a new client signup and the account not working. I submitted ticket CLM-42902-267 almost three hours ago with no response yet. I really could use someone to look into it.
Sorry to be a pain, but their former host is upset with them and intends to cancel their hosting. I need to get their site up and working so that I can transfer DNS and make sure their site is down as little as possible.
