Tickets not showing up

I created a ticket about 30 minutes ago, and it has yet to show up and I have yet to receive an email confirmation about it. The live chat tech was supposed to create as well, and that is not showing up either.

My problem is with a website of mine not working:

It works sporadically. 80% of the time it hangs or times out. once in a while it will work…

wuts the deal??

This is one reason webmail was stopped on mail1, it was consuming all cpu and much of the RAM, you should see all tickets very soon.

I checked the domain, it is running on win17, which has been running perfectly fine. I will have a tech monitor that pool directly and see if there is some bad code causing this.
