I have asked 3 times to fix the time on the exchange server and you instists the time is correct.
Its not, the day is wrong and the time is wrong. The day is a day early. I just sent a test and its still showing wednesday and the time is wrong.
Pretty bad when i get 2 replys on tickets saying this is correct will its not. Do they even check or just assume things are correct. Pretty frustrating to have to keep asking. This is why I get upset with things.
so i guess you guys could give a damn about this ticket, now they are calling again.
Simple freaking request and can’t ever get this correct. So what do i tell my clienet now, i cant freaking change a day on the server that shows a tommorrow date.
How many times do i hvae to go to live chat and reply to my ticket since last week. If i lose this account, agian im telling you its in your court. I have had it.
Do you think im kidding when I say they are getting pissed, as they use time stamps for their email.
James, This has to get fixed! It shouldn’t be that difficult…
It’s just before 6PM on Monday evening, my guess is that the server is 24
hours later. Let me know what you find out about why they can’t get this
solved… it’s been 4-5 days.
Do you know how this makes my company look, to a big company for a simple request that can’t get fixed.
Long time since i dealt with this, but is it possible it is a system clock on the MB that is not aligned with Windows? Still Jodo’s responsiblity to figure it out, but they could ‘technically’ be right that windows shows the right time… Or maybe even a setting in Exchange, or a Regional Setting…
I don’t always agree with ya WebD, but here I say this is silly that a tech cannot track down the time issue within 15 minutes…
