I resell Jodo’s domain and for some odd reason I keep getting clients signing up and ordering a domain name but never sending payment. I got 4 or 5 orders in the last week or two and none of them paid up to now.
My guess is that payment can get confusing on the DirectI website store (or whatever it’s called).
Does this happen to you guys to?
We have not seen any issue of this kind in past few months. The domain we register for our customers (who paid for domain in advance) is quite fast.
Have you confirmed with your customer, if he has paid or not for order he had placed with you ?

I’m not sure if it’s just spammers signing up and ordering domains but not paying. I have 4 cases pending like these now. I might email them later.
