Today's Win2 outage

Would someone please tell me what time Win2 went down and what time it came back on? Also, a quick explanationof why it was down.

I was out of town today, and have some emails from clients on the West Coast (California and Oregon) asking why their website wasn’t available “this afternoon” (their words - not very specific!).

SuperbInternet pulled down that server due to a billing error. We are of course quite upset with them over that. That is our only server with Superb. It was down for about 1 hour and 30min.

We plan to migrate Win2 over to Miami on the 27th of this month. A schedule will be announced shortly
