I’m thinking of creating a small site for myself and friends to share games / music etc, that we’ve made (not copyrighted material), and have been trying to find a Torrent Tracker code, but with little luck.
Does anyone know where I can get the code of such sites as;

http://www.torrentbase.net/
Also, do these type of sites create a lot of traffic / server load? I would have thought they don’t, due to it not hosting the files, but wanted to make sure.
Any help or info would be great!
