transfer from another reseller

Their service has gradually degraded and is now unacceptable.. What would you recommend qould be the procedure to transfer all accounts over? I have about 8 accounts.

What should I keep in mind, how should I plan the migration? I am currently using my own name servers, Hsphere control panel, unix and windows accounts, paypal payment processing from clients… no databases setup.

Also, please confirm that you host .au, .biz, .info domains

Hi

What you’d need to do is first create your dns zone with us, create all your accounts with us and upload the web content. Once done, you would simply have to change the IPs of your name servers to point to your new jodo ips

we support any domain name, regardless of its extension
