Trouble with Eticket installation

Hi,

I’ve tried to install the Trouble ticket system Eticket, but am having issues with sending mail, i’ve tried all the fixes available on the eticket forums but nothing seems to work, would appreciate it if anyone with any experience making this thing work can post here or alternatively post a trouble ticket system that they’re sure works with jodo
