Trying to create a new domain- failed

Hi,

Im trying to create a new domain, but:

Failed to add Domain dani-luis.com
Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified

I already posted a Ticket, but since a couple of days I havent any update (“We shall check and update you.” they said): KSY-66378-690

As usually we need this solved ASAP.

Normally such tickets are replied rather quickly, but those that need investigation in detail may need time. Kindly be patient with your request.

There is an error here that will require a reboot of the server to resolve, we will be scheduling that for tonight.
BTW the ticket took some time due to going to psoft for suggestions
