- For how long in the past, it is possible to make restore of files and databases
- How long do you save access logs for servers?

Backups are mostly for our purposes, but we try to keep at least 7 days back, sometimes we will have a backup 14 days back just for emergency, but this is not something we go all the time.
Logs rotate weekly(user accessible), but stay on the server for a month.
