Anyone else having problems setting up new clients on Win14? Yesterday I set up a new stopgap domain, but none of the login info in my welcome email works. FTP is unable to connect to win14.m****here.biz and when I try to browse to the stopgap domain I get “Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)”.
Was on chat last night and they fixed it so I can ftp to an IP, but without being able to browse to it that’s not much use. Support ticket told me it was fixed, but I still can’t access.
Right now this means I can’t sign up any new clients at all. Is there any way to force new signups to a different server? Or is there something I’m doing wrong at my end?

Yogesh, support told me to create a new 3rd-level domain, but not what happened or whether the mistake was on my side or at Jodo. I just now followed the exact same procedure to set up another test stopgap domain, and this time it worked perfectly, even though I didn’t create a 3rd-level domain.
What I need to know is if I can trust the system to set up new clients successfully. Is something misconfigured on my end? Was there a temporary problem with win14 yesterday? Just some explanation of why this happened and how I can avoid it in future would be useful.
