Unable to create new custom DNS records on CL#1 domains

Any idea why I cannot create new DNS records on a domain in hSphere CL1 ?

I have the issue with multiple customers, I only have the Restore option, and not a add function. See screenshot below…
Also first deleting items does not give a Add option either.

There is an option of “Custom DNS records” which need to be enable in corresponding plan then you will be able to see an option here in this section.
