Unauthorized accounts on our reseller plan

I just logged into my reseller plan and noticed 2 accounts there that I did not sign up (I sign up all our sub accounts). Both have signed up as Linux Premium sites and they look they come from generic spam accounts. Has Jodo been hacked? How did these accounts appear? I submitted a ticket but I am a little worried since this is the first I’ve seen this since I’ve had the account.
