Server rebooted and is up now.
we are having either some abuse, or a cpu problem on this server, it just kernel paniced 2 times in 10 min and we are checking it again now.
We are investigating it further, We have identified some processes which we are monitoring closely but we can not claim if it was an abuse from a client yet.
