On unix3, something caused huge Disk I/O and server stopped responding. We are working on this issue and will provide an update soon.
Issue occured on web2 in mysql , Unix admins are working on this and will make it up shortly.
There was a power issue on the server, I checked the power supply physically and after this we got to machine to boot back up.
The server is up and responding normally now.
