What a day 
This has gone into a maintenance mode upon a reboot and we are working to get it up ASAP.
Praveen is running a file system scan on this server now, we will update as soon as we know more.
The filesystem scans are done on all partitions and it is rebooting now.
It has gone back to maintenance still checking further.
Server is up now, Praveen is still doing a bit of checking on it overall.
